Step – 3: Reduce Cheek Fat And The Big Jaw To The V-Chef Face

Firstly, biting the teeth and massage the hard areas next to the cheeks for 10 seconds to loosen the masticatory muscles. After that, place your fingers starting under the jaw. And push up with your mouth open 10 times. As a result, it helps to reduce sagging around the cheeks.

Lift the cheek fat that is hanging up, thus making the face contour more clearly. Starting at the corners of the jaw, up to the ears, and down the neck. Do 10 times. Therefore, this pose will give you a V-shaped face and reduce the large jaw.

Step – 4: Lift And Remove Wrinkles On The Face

Firstly, put your fingers under the chin. After that, lower your head and push it up to your forehead. Do this 10 times. Always do it once a day. After 2 weeks, you can do it every other day.
